I recently had 6 new cameras installed replacing an old system. On contacting Radstone they so efficient I had my quote and installation within a week. On day of installation the guys were so professional and informative on the new system, which btw the picture on screen is so clear we can see every detail. Had my alarm system installed around 18 months ago, service throughout has been excellent. During consultation Howard offered good advice & identified where installation of each component could be placed. The quote was very competitive compared to other companies for the same alarm system. I wanted to improve my home security a couple of years ago and spent considerable time and effort looking at different systems and  companies. Radstone Security was my choice, I have not been disappointed from endless no pressure advice re. positioning of cameras, type of cameras for best results, maintenance and system updates, adjustments as requested. Nothing was too much trouble and Howard is always at the end of the phone if needed. The system it a little more expensive than the off the shelf options but you get what you pay for and this is quality delivered with a smile and willingness to ensure the customer is always happy. Howard has taken over our existing standalone security systems, alarm and CCTV, and very successfully integrated and upgraded them to contemporary technology.
